Our Story
D. JuliaTours was born from a dream and a tribute.
Founded by Helder, the company carries the name “D. Julia” in honor of his mother — a woman of strength, generosity, and an inspiring spirit, who taught the true meaning of hospitality and genuine welcome.
More than a name, D. Julia is a symbol of affection, family, and love for one’s roots.
From this essence came the desire to share with the world the beauty of Flores Island, one of the purest and most enchanting places in the Azores.
From a small car and a great deal of passion, a project was born — one that grew with purpose and authenticity.
Today, D. JuliaTours is a reference in tours, transfers, hiking trails, and authentic experiences, offering moments that combine comfort, nature, and local culture — always with the personal touch of those who truly know and love every corner of the island.
