The sale of transportation services (transfers) is carried out exclusively under RNAVT license no. 8761, held by the company CorvoTravel.

2. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website www.djuliatours.com and the request, booking, and sale of transfer services carried out on Flores Island, Azores.

D. JuliaTours does not operate as a travel agency and does not sell travel packages, accommodation, or services not covered by its legal registration.

3. Services Provided

Through this website, users may request:

• Airport ↔ accommodation transfers

• Transfers between locations on Flores Island

• Transfers to and from hiking trail starting/ending points

• Other transportation services previously agreed upon

All services are subject to availability, prior confirmation, and acceptance of the conditions presented at the time of booking.

4. Bookings and Payments

Bookings may be made through the website, direct contact, or partner platforms.

Payments may be required in advance, in full or in part, depending on the service contracted. A booking is only considered confirmed after payment validation, where applicable.

5. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellations must be requested as far in advance as possible.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in partial or full retention of the amount paid.

Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

Specific conditions may be communicated at the time of booking.

6. Liability

D. JuliaTours undertakes to provide its services with due care and professionalism and shall not be held liable for delays or cancellations resulting from:

• Adverse weather conditions

• Force majeure events

• Decisions by public authorities

• Circumstances beyond its control

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

In the event of a dispute, the courts of the Autonomous Region of the Azores shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the use of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
